Like many family caregivers, my journey began unexpectedly when I became a caregiver for a veteran. That role expanded to include raising a family and caring for in-laws, teaching me firsthand how to manage multiple caregiving responsibilities at once.

Why "The Caregiver Doula"? Just as birth doulas guide families through the beginning of life, and death doulas support life's final chapter, I guide caregivers through the chapters in between with compassion, expertise, and practical tools.
